Fields

The default projection, it only translates longitude and latitude coordinates to UI coordinates starting at 0, 0 (up-left corner)

The Mercator projections, it is a popular projection used by many map engines like Google maps or Bing maps.

The Orthographic projection, it renders the map as a 3D globe. Points on the far side of the globe are clipped at the horizon.
